-Week Two-

Yesterday was weigh in, and today is the start of week TWO! I don’t really have a weight loss goal anymore, but it was nice to see that our hard work and efforts this past week paid off. We won’t know for sure till next week what Anthony’s weight loss has been (his first weigh in the scale wasn’t playing very nice!).

This week (and for the remainder of the year) we are going to be working on BALANCE, but not just in the context of food and fitness! In order to have a healthy life you need balance in all areas. That being said…we do have a few goals that we have set as individuals, a couple, and as a family. I promise to share them with you, but I can’t reveal all in ONE post {laughing}.

However, I do have some NSV’s from the past week that I would LOVE to share with you!

  1. We worked out as a couple 4 times!
  2. ALL our meals at home and dining out where on point! Anthony even ordered us sushi rolled in cucumber (low carb) vs sticky rice!
  3. We did our first big shopping trip of the year and bought 100% compliant food! Anthony learned to look at labels and paid close attention to ingredients!
  4. My jeans and recently purchased EMS pants are too big!

So excited to see what this week brings and all the changes to come!
